What we do
AuthentiCare works on social safety, communication and collaboration within organisations, teams, education, and festivals and events. Through workshops, training, guidance, consultancy and professional Social Safety Teams, we make social safety concrete and practical. We help people recognise and respect boundaries, understand one another better, speak up, take responsibility, and respond carefully and effectively in complex or unexpected situations.
We believe:
Insight is the starting point.
Behaviour makes the difference.
Integration creates lasting change.

Social safety as a foundation for collaboration and wellbeing
Many organisations want to create a socially safe environment where people work well together, but lack clear frameworks, transparent communication, practical tools and consistent follow-up. Especially in dynamic environments where people collaborate intensively, unclear expectations, different communication styles, ambiguous responsibilities and unspoken tensions can lead to misunderstandings, conflict, inappropriate behaviour, absence or staff turnover.
When signals, expectations and responsibilities are not recognised and discussed in time, this affects not only the wellbeing of employees and visitors, but also collaboration, trust and the organisationโs quality. Ultimately, it also has financial consequences, for example through higher absenteeism, loss of productivity, staff turnover, replacement costs, legal proceedings and reputational damage.
With Generation Z entering the workforce, the importance of clear communication, explicit expectations and responsible employment is becoming increasingly visible. Generations may differ in what they expect from feedback, leadership, boundaries, inclusion and collaboration. When these expectations remain implicit, friction and misunderstandings arise more easily. When there is room to discuss differences openly, they can contribute to stronger teams, greater mutual understanding and better collaboration.
Investing in social safety and communication is therefore not a luxury, but an essential investment in people, collaboration and the continuity of your organisation.
