AuthentiCare was founded by Sieta van Horck and Wies Heiner. With care, awareness and decisiveness, we build environments where everyone can feel welcome, seen and safe.
About us
We believe that everyone should be able to feel safe in who they are, what they do and how they express themselves.
We combine warmth, commitment and approachability with a professional foundation and a people-centred approach. This creates space for openness, development and genuine collaboration.
What we stand for
Who we are: Sieta & Wies
Two different women, one shared mission: to create environments where people can be themselves and care for one another comes naturally.
Wies Heiner
Founder · Trainer · Facilitator
Authentic Relating · Deep Democracy · Social Safety
Wies is known for her vibrant energy, curiosity and infectious enthusiasm. Inclusion, connection and authenticity are central to her work. With her warm, playful and open way of working, she quickly creates an atmosphere in which people feel at ease, dare to show themselves and can look at one another with curiosity.
At the same time, Wies brings calm, steadiness and clarity. She creates space for what is happening, even when conversations become challenging, vulnerable or complex. From a place of curiosity and without judgement, she helps people understand one another better, make patterns visible and explore new ways of communicating and collaborating. She moves easily between the human dimension and what is practically needed to bring change to life.
As co-founder of AuthentiCare, Wies works on social safety and inclusion within festivals, events, teams and organisations. Her work sits at the intersection of social safety, group dynamics, communication, community building and organisational development. She facilitates training and group processes, contributes to policy and culture, and helps organisations translate social safety not only into conversation, but into concrete behaviour and everyday practice.
Wies continually deepens her knowledge and skills. She is a certified Authentic Relating Trainer through the ART Level 4 World-Class Training Program and is currently further developing her expertise in Deep Democracy. She combines these foundations with years of experience in social safety, group processes, entrepreneurship and facilitating diverse groups.

Sieta van Horck
Founder · Trainer · Educator
Authentic Relating · Mindfulness · Yoga
Sieta is known for her calm, grounded yet gentle energy and clarity. Through her presence, she creates a holding environment in which people can slow down, observe and make space for what is truly happening. Drawing on her experience as a trainer, coach and facilitator, she creates learning and working environments that leave room for growth, reflection and practice-based learning.
As co-founder of AuthentiCare, she works alongside Wies to foster greater awareness, social safety and inclusion within festivals, events and organisations. In her work, she pays attention to both visible dynamics and the undercurrent: what is spoken, what remains unspoken and what is needed to create movement.
Sieta helps teams and organisations increase their effectiveness and collaboration by strengthening personal leadership and communication. She combines her academic background (MSc) with strong analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as in-depth experiential expertise in group dynamics and psychosocial safety.
In her training programmes, she translates complex group dynamics into practical, accessible tools that directly contribute to a healthy and high-performing working environment. She turns complex social issues into concrete insights and practical options for action, without losing sight of the human dimension. She brings a healthy dose of energy, sharpness and lightness to her work.
Sieta is analytical as well as empathetic and enjoys working with diverse groups. She creates space to explore, experience and develop new perspectives, where learning is not only something you understand, but above all something you can feel, practise and carry into everyday work.
